SOD IS DOWN, FURNITURE IS BEING INSTALLED Friday, March 7, 2008 - Sod was laid this past week. Furniture is being installed along with appliances.

PARKING LOT STRIPING, BAY FLOOR SEALED, LIVING AREA FLOORS SEALED Wednesday, February 27, 2008 - D & D Pavement Maintenance came and striped the parking area. The bay floor was sealed. The living area floor received a final coat of sealer leaving the floors with a nice shine.

ASPHALT GOING DOWN, FINAL TOUCH-UPS HAS STARTED Monday, February 25, 2008 - It won't be long before the Substation will be up and running. The pavement will be completed today. The final touch-ups inside the building has begun. Striping the parking lot, landscaping, installing the flag pole, lettering the building and a few touch-ups and the outside will be done.

KITCHEN CABINETS, LIGHTING, BATHROOM FIXTURES, GENERATOR Friday, February 8, 2008 - The kitchen cabinets were installed along with the ceiling tiles and lighting. The bathroom fixtures are almost complete. The generator has been installed and the gas tank will be installed next week. The tile floor and carpet is complete. The asphalt will be laid next week.

CEILING GRID, CONCRETE,INTERIOR DOORS Friday, December 28, 2007 - Ceiling grids are being installed. Concrete and post have been installed at the bay doors. The interior doors have been installed. Electricians are installing the power and transfer panels. The cap plat has been installed on top front of building. Air supply lines are being installed in bay's.

BAY DOORS INSTALLED Friday, December 7, 2007 - The bay doors have been installed. Sheet rock is finished and has a coat of primer.

WINDOWS, FRONT DOOR, DRYWALL Thursday, November 29, 2007 - Windows and front door was installed this week. Drywall was hung and is ready to be finished. United Energy is in the process of installing a gas line to the building.

ROUGH WIRING AND PLUMBING ARE COMPLETE Friday, November 23, 2007 - Work crews in the last 2 weeks have finished roughing in the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The insulation is now being installed, to be followed by drywall within the next week.

BRICK LAYING, ROUGH PLUMING, AND AIR BEING INSTALLED Sunday, November 4, 2007 - The Brick layers have started bricking up the front. The Pluming is being roughed in. The Heat and Air is being roughed in.

ROOF COMPLETE AND FRAMING STARTED Saturday, October 27, 2007 - The roof was finished last week. The Heating and air contractors also came in and installed the heating units for the bay area. The framers moved in this week and started framing up the front of the building and living area. Brick, sand, and mortar was also delivered this week.

ROOF INSTALLED Friday, October 12, 2007 - The roof is being installed and should be complete somtime next week.

BUILDING SKIN INSTALLED Sunday, October 7, 2007 - The skin and insulation was installed on the exterior walls this week.

STARTING TO LOOK LIKE A FIRE STATION Tuesday, October 2, 2007 - Just like the Headline says "Starting to look like a Fire Station". Most of the steel has been erected. Some finial touches, and the skin should be ready to go on the building in a few days.

STEEL HAS STARTED BEING ERECTED Monday, September 24, 2007 - Thursday 9/20/07 The steel workers started working erecting steel for the Station.

CONCRETE SLAB Wednesday, August 1, 2007 - Concrete slab for the bays and living area was poured and sealed this week.
