pstrongAt1611 Engine 201 and QRV 208 responded to assist High-Shoals VFD with and ATV accident involving two 4-wheelers and three patients. The accident occurred on Alexis-High Shoals Rd rear Philadelphia Church Rd at the bridge. Station 21 High Shoals units arrived on the scene and requested Engine 201 to set up a loading zone at Alexis-High Shoals Rd and Iron Station Rd whilenbsp208 responded to the scene to assist with patient care. One patient was airlifted to CMC and two patients was transported by ambulance.strongp
