Earlier this month Alexis Fire Department received its certification as HEAVY RESCUE from the NC Association of Rescue and EMS. All of our rescue equipment is split between two pieces of apparatus. Engine 201 and a newly acquired enclosed trailer. The Heavy Rescue trailer is housed at our sub-station. Thanks to all the members that helped make this happen.
