P fckxhtmljob1nbspSTRONG fckxhtmljob1Saturday started off early for the volunteers at Alexis. Members were at the station at 7am to start getting ready for open house and our 50 yr anniversary. The first call came in at 0815 for a CPR in our Lincoln County district. Then it was wide open for the next few hours withnbspthe communitynbspcoming out to support the departmentnbsp with the opening of our new headquarters station. The kids in the community had a blast with all the activities we had for them. Then around 1300 hrs Engine 201 203 and brush 207 responded to a field fire on Gray Fox Ln in our Lincoln County district. It started from a control burn that got out of control and burned about an half acre. We responded to two more calls during the day asnbsp the festivities wound down for our open house. The Alexis Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone in the community that came out to made the day a success.
