Engine 200 was dispatched to set up a landing zone for Regional 1 on Alexis-Lucia Rd to fly a patient out that was injured in a MVA. The accident occured on Old Lowesville Rd in Station 31s first due. A pickup truck ran off the road overcorrected and struck a parked tractor trailor. The pickup overturned several times and ejected two people from the truck. One was transported by ground to CMC and the other flown to a hospital in Spartanburg.
