pstrongEngine 201 responded to assist Lucia -Riverbend Station 31nbspon Stanley-Lucia Rd for a single car MVA with three pinned in the vehicle. The vehicle ran off the road and struck a tree. The two patients in the front seats were DOA. The patient in the back seat was extricated and air lifted out by Med-Center Air with life threatening injuries. The extrication took about an hour due the vehicle wrapped itself around the tree.nbsp The car was cut almost in-half and Engine 201s and Squad 319snbspcrew cut the car the rest ofnbspthe waynbspwith a saw-zaw. Brush 207 was clearing another call and was sent to the scene . Their winch was used to pull the rear of the car away from the tree so the patient in the rear could be extricated.strongp
