pstrongnbspEngines 201 and 203 responded to the intersection of Mayberry nbspRd and Spencer Woods Dr for a reported MVA with pin-in. Engine 201 arrived to find a single vehicle that had left the roadwaynbspand nbspstruck a tree in a residences yardnbspwith the driver D.O.A. Engine 203 arrivednbspand assisted with manpower. The driver had to be extricated from the vehicle. NC Highway Patrol investigated the accident. Stanley Rescue was also on scene to assist. Alexis and Stanley Rescue units operated on scene for about one and a half hours.strongp
