Alexis VFD is proud to announce our Fire Officer and Firefighter of the year awards. These are voted on by our active members. We are proud to say that each year those that win this award have showed dedication to the fire department. These are the ones throughout the year that have put in long hours of administrative duties training and responding to calls for the department. We thank their families too for allowing them to do the service they do for their department and the community.Fire officer of the year is Asst. Chief Brad Presswood. Brad has been a member of Alexis since 1996.Firefighter of the year is Firefighter Barrie Walsburger. Barrie has been a member since 2004.
