E-201 and T-208 responded to the 4000 blk of Orchard Rd for a two car MVA head -on collision in our Lincoln County first due. E- 201 arrived to find heavy damage to both vehicles with the road competly blocked. It was reported that there were patients pinned in the wreckage but all patients were free from the vehicle on E-201s arrival. Two patients were transported to the local hosipital with Alexis Volunteers riding in with the Paramedic units for medical assistance. E-201 T-208 remained on the scene for approx. one hour til the vehicles were removed from the roadway. All Alexis units were back in service at 1330hrs.
