At approximately 1000hrs Engine 201 and QRV 208 was dispatched to a two MVC on Alexis-High Shoals Rd. Upon arrival E-201 found two car MVC with moderate damage and two patients. Lt. Gann had both patients placed in full spinal protocol before GEMS arrived and both were transported to local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
