pnbsp Whilenbsp Alexis firefighters from base 1nbspwere on a medical call in our Gaston County district alarm 665 was dispatched from Lincoln County Firecenter atnbsp0500nbspnbspfor a structure fire in thenbsp5000 blk of Antler Dr nbspin base 2s first due area. Engine 203 from basenbsp2 nbspand Engine 200nbspfrom base 1 arrived on the scene to find a double wide mobile home with moderate smoke showing. Engine 203s crew of three found the fire underneath the structure and advanced a 200 ft pre connect about 50 ft under thenbspstructure throughnbspthe crawl space opening. The fire was extinguished quickly but firefighters had an extensive overhaulnbspoperation. The kitchen floor laundry room floor and a section of the bathroom floornbsphad to be cut out to remove all the burned insulation and check for extension in the walls. Alexisnbsp was assisted by Engine 15 Denver FD Kidville Station and Engine 33 East Lincoln FD . Their manpower assisted with overhaul operations and backup line. Engine 201 responded after firefighters cleared the medical call in Gaston Co.nbsp Denver Engine 13 moved up the Alexis base 2 and Lucia-Riverbend moved up to East Lincolns station for coverage. nbspAllnbspunits were back innbspservicenbsparound 0800hrs.p
