Engine 201 responded to Upper Stanley Rd for a single vehicle MVA involving a motorcycle in our Gaston County first due area. Engine 201 arrived on the scene to find one patient that was to be air lifted to CMC by Med Center Air due to the nature of injury. Engine 203 was dispatched with a crew of three to set up the landing zone while the crew from Engine 201 helped EMS with packaging and loading the patient.
