At approx 2220 hrs Engine 201 and T-208 responded to a single car MVA in the 100 block of Alexis-Lucia Road near the Alexis crossroads. On arrival first due companies found a pickup truck that had struck two pine trees. The truck had began to roll over and hit the trees with its roof. The patient was pinned in the vehicle. Engine 201s crew stabilized the vehicle and began extricating the patient by removing the roof drivers door and rolling the dash. Extrication was completed in 20 minutes. Engine 200 responded to the Alexis Baptist Church to set up a landing zone for Med Center Air to air lift the patient to the local trauma center.
