At 1950 hrs Alexis and Boger City Volunteers responded to Bynum Estates Dr. for a mobile home fire in our Lincoln County first due. Heavy black smoke could be seen from the station as Alexis units responded to the scene. Engine 201 arrived to find a single wide fully involved threatening another structure. The exposure was protected immediately while the second line extinguished the fire. Engines 200 41 Boger and Tanker 203 arrived and established a water supply. A control time was issued at 2003 by Command. The trailer was unoccupied and was being torn down when a cutting torch ignited the grass under the trailer causing the fire. Engine 200 and Tanker 203 were released back into service at 2020 hrs. Command held Engine 41s crew to assist Engine 201 with overhaul operations. All units were back in service at 2045hrs.
