Engine 201 responded to Alexis-High Shoals and Jack Griffin Rd for a two car MVA. Engine 201 arrived to find that the two cars had side swiped each other with the truck going off the roadway down a small embankment struck a tree and landed was on its side. The driver was out of the vehicle when Alexis units arrived and was placed into spinal protocol. The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
