At 0609hrs Engine 201 and Truck 208 responded to a MVA in the 2200 block of Mariposa Rd just pass the GastonLincoln line in our Lincoln County first due. Engine 201 and Truck 208 arrived to find a single vehicle that had struck several trees with the trees lying on top of the vehicle. The driver had crawled out of the vehicle but the passerger could not be reached due to the trees. One of the trees was cut away to gain entry to the patient and was removed from the vehicle. The extrication took less than 10 minutes and patient was transported to the local area hospital by Lincoln County EMS. All Alexis units were back in service at 0645hrs.
