Alexis units were dispatched and responded to a structure fire on Sadler Rd in our Lincon Co. First due last night about 1930 hrs. Engine 203 arrived on scene and found the camper fully involved. Engine 201 and Tanker 204 also responded from Alexis. Assisting departments were East Lincoln and Lucia Riverbend.
