pstrongEngine 203 and Tanker 204 responded to a reported trailer on fire in the Landau Mobile Home park off Mayberry Rd. Alexis units arrived to find a single wide mobile home with heavy fire and smoke showing. Engine 203s crew pulled the front jump line and made an interior attack while Tanker 204 hooked tight to the engine for water supply. Engine 183 Spencer Mt pulled a back up line and conducted a primary search which was negative. The fire was brought under control within five minutes of our arrival. The fire was contained to a bedroom and bathroom of the residence with extensive heat and smoke damage. There were no injuries and the Gaston County Fire marshals office was called out for investigation. East Gaston Stanley and Lucia-Riverbend responded mutual aid also.
